Danielson – Sylakone Kounmany, 68, of Mechanic St., passed away at home on Friday, April 23, 2021. He was the loving husband of Pheng (Indoungchun) Kounmany. Born in Laos, he was the son of Goon and Khien Kounmany.
Mr. Kounmany was a member of the Laos Association of Danielson. He retired after working 20 years with Loos & Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, football and most of all his community. Sylakone was a very sociable, loveable and caring person. He was willing to lend a hand for those that are less fortunate. He has touched so many lives and for that he will be missed.
In addition to his wife, Sylakone is survived by his sons, Saysamone Kounmany of Danielson and Sommy Kounmany of Shrewsbury, MA; his daughters, Neng Jones and her husband Michael of Manchester, CT and Phoulai Saythideth and her husband Billy of Providence, RI.
