My Heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. Sue was a dear and precious friend to so many and all our lives have been blessed and made richer because she touched them. There is a saying that has so often given me comfort which goes …”We seem to give them back to you O Lord , who gave them to us. As you did not lose them in the giving, so too … we do not lose them by their return … for death is only an horizon …. and a horizon is nothing but the limit of our sight” Today she blooms in the Master’s bouquet. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are deeply saddened to have lost such a dear and wonderful friend in Susan Brown. She will be forever remembered as the highly talented singer and loyal friend to all who knew her. Susan was unmatched in her vocal prowess in her heyday; such a master of control and expression! Without rival as well, was her commitment to those who were touched by her wide orbit. A dedicated humanitarian, she was always focused on the betterment of others. Goodbye Susan Brown, your warm soul will be forever missed.

Condolence from Susanne Wright (UNFI) on June 9th, 2017 11:28 am

I will remember Susan for many things . If I heard someone humming or singing at the printer at work, you could look around the corner and it was usually Susan. When I walk outside on my break or lunch and it was a sunny warm day , you could bet Susan was sitting at the bench with a book in her hand and a pleasant greeting as you walked by. I think of the countless times over the years at work when she received either my emails or phone calls because my former name was Susanne B Brown and how we would laugh at the mix up so many times that it happened. Despite what Susan may have been going through personally, she was always sure to ask someone else how they were doing, or how a friend or relative was that may have not been well. She truly was and I’m sure will continue to be a selfless soul who had a genuine love and respect for others. I believe Susan’s light crossed the paths and touched the people it was intended for and that is why who she is will continue to live through others.

So sorry to hear of Sue’s passing; she was such a bubbly, spirited gal! We graduated high school together; she always reminded me of Gidget. May she Rest In Peace. She left this earth about the same time as another of our classmates, Joanne “Lindsey” Corr; may they meet again in Heaven….
