My condolence to Rolande’s Family. Rolande was a beautiful person, always had a happy smile. Rolande was my family pharmacist for many years when we lived on Vandennoort Street in Putnam. We met again when I moved to Harrisville Road. Sometimes we would meet when she went for her walks, stop and talk about the old days and how we meet again years later. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. May she now rest in peace the arms of God.

To Rolande’s family: So very sorry to learn of Rolande’s passing in such a terrible manner. Rolande & I worked and traveled to work together many years ago (l950’s). She was not only beautiful physically, but the nicest, most genuine person and beautiful on the inside. I feel so lucky to have known her. My prayers and deep sympathy to all who no dbout loved her so much.

Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Rolande – we will always remember her walking by the house especially her signature blue jacket and her silk kerchief on – she would always stop by and chit chat when we were outside. She was a very sweet lady! Prayers and sympathy to the family!

Please accept my most sincere condolences. I was a customer at Viens Pharmacy when Rolande worked there. I was a young mother with a sickly child. Rolande was always concerned and kind at the store. She would listen to my concerns and reassure me. My child is now 44 years old, and I have never forgotten her kindness. People like her are very rare, ..and her passing is so very sad. Sincerely, Linda White
