To the Rondeau family-
On behalf of the Riel and Pelletier family formerly of Chaplin and Woodstock (CT), I extend my sincerest condolences on the passing of your husband and relative, OVILA J RONDEAU. Our father/stepfather Patrick Riel (1931-2020) worked with John at the Connecticut DOT, John at the Putnam facility as Pat Riel nearby at North Windham, spanning back to the 1950s/1960s/1970s era. John along with many others of that era were mentioned often over the years whom have all gone to their destinies to include Rene Ferland, Stanley Peterson, Arthur Blackmore, William Baker, Raymond LeClair, Walter Stone, Buster Houle, whom amongst many others endured hard labor and work ethic and held great unity and respect for each other. May John’s service to his family, community and state be never forgotten. Respectfully submitted-

Ma tante and Maureen…sorry to hear of uncle Joe’s passing. I’m glad we got to see him when we were home in July. Among the Rondeau and Deslauriers members he was my favorite uncle. Sending prayers and hugs to you both.
