Putnam – Leah (Landry) DuBois, 94, of Woodstock Ave., died Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in Regency Heights of Danielson. She was the loving wife of the late Louis J. DuBois. Born in New Market, NH, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Amanda (Fontaine) Landry.
Mrs. DuBois co-owned DuBois Oil with her husband. She loved working outside, gardening and crocheting. She was a communicant of Saint Mary Church of the Visitation.
Leah is survived by her sister, Diane McAdams of Danielson; her good friend, Mary Long of Plainfield; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother, the late Arsene Landry; and her sisters, the late Yvonne Vezina, Alice Berti, Irene Waters, Marina Lemoine, and Anna Lagrander.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Leah’s family at 12:00 noon on Saturday, September 18, 2010 in the Gilman Funeral Home, 104 Church St., Putnam followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 pm in St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence St., Putnam.
