Danielson – Kyle D. Gilbert, Age 29, of Upper Maple St. died unexpectedly, Sunday, September 13, 2020, doing what he loved, riding his motorcycle. He was the loving husband of Veronica (Lavoie) Gilbert. Born in West Boylston, MA, he leaves his father Gary Gilbert, and his wife Lori of Danielson, CT, and his mother Loreen Pasquale of Worcester, MA.
Kyle was a heavy machine mechanic at DC Bates Equipment Co., Inc. in Hopedale, MA, a job he genuinely enjoyed. He also worked part-time as a staff member at Charlee Bravo’s, in Putnam, CT.
Kyle’s family describes him as a man with a heart of gold that would give the shirt right off his back. He demonstrated that compassion and dedication to helping others by being an associate member of the Community Fire Department and a full member of the East Thompson Fire Department from 2001-2010.
Kyle had the ability to put a smile on anybody’s face. He loved fishing, hiking, canoeing and riding his Harley Davidson. He had many great friends that shared in the things he loved. His true love was his family, his beautiful wife Veronica, daughter Emily, son Caleb and one due in May.
Kyle is survived by his paternal grandmother, Eleanor Gilbert, of Worcester, MA and his maternal grandparents, Ron and Nancy Pasquale of West Boylston, MA, his sister Kimberly and her husband Kenny Tasney of Hanson, MA, his brother Michael and his partner Suzi Fornoff of Worcester, MA, his sister Caitlyn and her husband Dan Lumb of Spencer, MA, his stepbrother Dylan Peloquin of Danielson, CT, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
