I feel so sad about losing June. I loved to see her at Chase Rd. Growers every summer. She always had something to tease me about…..I always told her that Thompson was MY town and she was allowed to visit only because she was so sweet. I will miss her smile and her quick wit. Godspeed my friend.

Aunt June, the family picnics in your backyard were
pure summer, and St. Pat’s party the stuff of legends.
Sending love to all, Elaine

Aunt June was one of my favorite Aunts and I’ll miss her very much. I’ll never forget all the fun times we had at all the cook-outs at hers and Uncle John’s house when I was growing up. I always looked forward to talking to her on my many trips to Shaw’s over the years. Family was always improtant to her and she was always interested in how my family and I were doing.

June & I shared many good times and some tough times. She was a dedicated worker and loved the interaction with people. She was never afraid to answer a humerous barb with a equally spicy come back. Her wit and dedication to her family will be how I remember her. Family take care she is home. God Bless.

Barbara and Bob
I (Barbara) have such rich memories of June, especially growing up and spending time with her on the Cape. She was always filled with fun and laughter. Bob loved doing business with her when she worked at Shaw’s, and she touched his life as well. June was mighty proud of all of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and somehow seemed to keep up with the goings-on of every one of them.
She was my mother’s very best friend for over 65 years, and she will be missed by so many.
We are honored to make a donation to Daily Bread in loving memory of June M. Herlihy. May she rest in peace and may she now be reunited with those who have gone before her. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her wonderful family.
With all our love,
Bob and Barbara

Aunt June was a very loving, wonderful, caring person and I will fondly cherish my memories of her and Uncle John, as a child, as well as time spent with them and my cousins. Aunt June & Uncle John’s sense of humor was contagious and their St Patty parties kept family close. They are sadly missed. Love, Dorothy
