Pomfret Center –Judith LeVine, 37, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 30, 2006. She was the beloved wife of Charles LeVine. Judy was born in Putnam, CT to Edward and Beverly (Valade) Negip of Thompson, CT.
Mrs. LeVine was a 1991 graduate of Simmons College. She worked in public relations at The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and later for the United Way of Mass. Bay.
Judy was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Judy’s beautiful smile and laugh brightened everyone’s life. Her kindness, sincerity and wisdom were a constant source of comfort to so many people. She had a deep love for her family, friends and home. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and entertaining family and friends. Judy will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Besides her husband and parents, she leaves three loving children, Charles LeVine, III, Nathan LeVine and Katherine LeVine, all at home; and a brother, David Negip and his wife Kate of Fort Myers, FL.
Friends and relatives are invited to visit with Judy’s family on Thursday, January 4, 2007 from 4:00-7:00 pm in the Valade Funeral Home, 23 Main St., North Grosvenordale CT. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, January 5, 2007 at the Clark Memorial Chapel at the Pomfret School, 398 Pomfret St., Pomfret, CT. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Judy’s Fund, c/o Weiss & Hale Financial, 7 Beeches Lane, Suite 1, Woodstock, CT 06281.
