Thompson, CT – John T.  Walker, 92, of Brandy Hill Road, died Thursday, December 29, 2022, in Hartford Hospital. He was the loving husband of Lynda Hennigan-Walker and the late Jean P. (DiBaro) Walker. Born in Oxford, MA, he was the son of George and Myra (Lasalle) Walker.

John worked in the plastics industry and was the owner & operator of Walker Pattern & Mold Inc. for many years. He was the past president of the New England Chapter of Safari Club International and also served as the past president of the 4H club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as target shooting, sport shooting, and clay shooting. He also enjoyed horseback riding and taking his horses to shows.  He received his solo pilot license and enjoyed flying. In the winter months he also enjoyed downhill skiing & snowmobiling.

In addition to his wife Lynda, John is survived by his children, John Walker, Jr. and his wife Jan of Charlton, MA, Nancy Millette and her husband Philip of Charlton, Patricia Cristina and her husband Paul of Dudley, and Lynn Pelton of Fort Myers, FL; his former wife and mother to his children, Martha L. Walker; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his previous wife, Jean P. Walker, his daughter Joyce Bernard and his great granddaughter Ashley Hanny.

Relative and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for John on Monday January 9, 2022, at 10:00 am in St. Anthony Of Padua, 24 Dudley Hill Road, Dudley, MA.
