Uncle Jack, Aunt Connie, and family…

We’re all so sorry to learn of Jack’s death. I remember when I last saw him at Aunt Helen’s after the Hession golf tourney in 2009…we had such a nice chat.

He loved you all so much…we spoke at length about it.

See you all soon,

Our Love…Cousin Tim and The Bertschmann’s

We have fond memories of Jackie, especially ‘Vinyl Night’ on Dan & June’s deck and the infamous canoe race. We will miss his spirit, good nature, and his hearty laugh. We are very sad for all you must endure in his passing.
Our hearts are with you.
Much love,
the Koguts

Michael and Amanda:

I’m sure that each one of the Sonics parents could tell you a funny Jack Hession story, especially from our many soccer trips to Canada. And every one of the Sonics could also probably tell their own story about cool Mr. Hession. But there is one story that we could all tell, and that’s the incredible love and dedication your dad had for both of you. It was clearly obvious to anyone who got to know him that the two of you were the most important things in his life. He has left far too early. We will all miss him …

Jack, rest well. I am so sorry for your loss Dan, Kathy, Jack and Connie. This quote hit me today…

“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strength. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”

So sorry to hear about your loss. I did not know him very well. I do have memories of playing with Amanda though as a child. Being close in age to his children I can only imagine what they are going through right now and my thoughts go out to them as well as his wife and the rest of the family.
