Ballouville- Jeannette A. (Bourbeau) Bouchard, 70 of Pineville Rd. entered into eternal life Saturday evening, June 7, 2008 at UMass Medical Center after a brief illness. She was the Beloved wife of Normand A. Bouchard for 33 years and the beloved wife of the late Philip Bourbeau who died in 1978. Born in Thompson, she was the daughter of the late Alfred J. and Eva (Lamiotte) Bourbeau. She lived most of her life in Putnam and recently had made her home with her daughter Janet Markowitz in Ballouville.
Mrs. Bouchard was a homemaker and avid bingo player. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Besides her husband, Jeannette was the loving mother four daughters, Linda Germain of Woodstock, Gail Lyon of Danielson, Janet Markowitz of Ballouville and Wendy Bourbeau of Plainfield; two step-daughters, Beth-Ann Sylvia of West Greenwich, RI and Lisa Jenckes of Exeter, RI; an adopted daughter, Tracy Corriveau of Plainfield; a brother, Roland Bourbeau, Sr. of Thompson; three sisters, Marie Silvia of Killingly, Irene Davis of California and Lorraine Daviau of Thompson; nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Bourbeau.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Jeannette’s family on Wednesday, June 11, 2008, from 9:00-10:30 am in the Gilman Funeral Home, 104 Church Street, Putnam,with a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am Wednesday in Saint Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
