I spent many hours with Frank and loved his very good perspectives on many subjects. I have been retired in Florida for 21 years now but regret not looking him up since I left Pratt. I would have loved to have seen him. Art Chase

I am deeply saddened by the news I just heard. We used to live next door to Frank and Barb years ago. After Barb passed, we moved out and my husband, who is an East Hartford Police Officer, would always stop in and check on Frank especially after all the storms we would have. I have visited him on occasion with my children and spent time with him. Every year, we would send him a xmas card. My husband stopped in to visit Frank back in April of this year and was informed by the landscape person he had passed. My husband did not tell me at that time, since we were leaving for vacation and did not want to upset me. He finally just told me when I inquired about a visit to Frank. I cried so hard. Frank and Barb were like parents to us when we lived there. They are such good people. I will forever have them in my heart.
