Dear Eleanor, Mark and Family,
We are very saddened to hear of the loss of Edgar; he was a great man. I will never forget the sweetness he shared to our family during our brief encounters at church. Eleanor, the love you two shared was a pleasure to see each week. You in return took care of him and gave him the love that we outsiders can only hope to give our spouses. God bless you and yours.
Truly,
~Diane, Steve and the boys

We met Edgar while playing with the Mt Washington Valley Community Band. We are from Jewett City and like him played in the band when we were in New Hampshire. He was a fine musician and a fine man. He will be missed very much.

Thinking of you and fondly remembering Ed playing flute and piccolo with the Mt Washington Valley Band summers in North Conway, NH. My daughter, also a flute player, often sat beside Ed.
He was quiet but ever so friendly. It was great to learn more about his life and family. God Bless all of you, Barbara Luoma

Roberta and I are sorry to read of the passing of Edgar. His chalet was directly across from ours on Chapel St. in North Conway. He was a great neighbor and often let us rent his chalet when ours was on family overload.
I’m sure Edgar will be missed by all that knew him
