Killingly – Dylan Paul Lucian Field, 22, of Snake Meadow Rd., died early Tuesday November 15, 2022, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Windham, CT, he was the son of Laura Lynn (Feltenberger) Field and Justin Lee Field of Putnam, CT.
Dylan worked as a wedding consultant seasonally and loved what he did.
Dylan enjoyed drawing, listening to music, being around friends and family but, above all he was a devoted father to his son Dylan, Jr.
He is survived by his parents; Mother, Laura Lynn (Feltenberger) Field and her significant other Mark Rickaby and; Father, Justin Lee Field and his significant other Mary Pruence, all of Putnam; his son, Dylan Paul Lucian Field, Jr. of Killingly; his siblings, Dr. Shawn Jay Macha and his husband, Luis Angel Escobedo of Lubbock, TX, Alexis Monique Long and her husband Jake James Walsh Long Sr. of Brooklyn, Brooke Masso of Plainfield, Toni Lee Field of Putnam, and Harley Lynn Field of Putnam; his maternal grandparents, Linda “Oma” McGuire and Daniel “Opa” Livsley, Sr. of Axton, VA; his paternal grandparents, Denise Allen of Attawaugan and William Hopkins, Jr. of Brooklyn; and best friend Justin Tokarz and cousin, Trinity Davis. Dylan was also a proud uncle to three nephews and one neice. He was a nephew to many aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfathers, Philip Feltenberger and Peter McGuire and paternal grandfather, Kerry Lee Field.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Dylan’s family from 2:00PM to 5:00PM on Sunday, November 20, 2022, in the Gilman Funeral Home and Crematory, 104 Church St., Putnam, CT 06260. A gathering will begin in the funeral home at 1:00PM on Monday November 21, 2022, followed by a funeral home service at 2:00PM. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.

I remember Dylan well from High Pointe Church and 24:7 Youth Ministry. He was always a great kid and had the honor to have many conversations with him. May his family find some peace and comfort in their time!
