My deepest sympathies for your loss. Dr. Adiletta was a wonderful mentor. I’m sorry that I never got to tell him how grateful I was for his belief in me, and the chances that he gave me to better my future. He made a positive difference in my life and I intend to always pay it forward.

As we go through life, we meet a handful of people who teach us and mentor us and make such an impression that they help mold who we are. I am pleased to say that, for me, Joe Adiletta was one of those few people, and he will be missed. I am a better person and engineer for having known him.
