Please know that your mom/wife/sister/daughter, Diane, was always nice to me at a time when most people were not. I will remember and treasure her kindness as a bright spot in a dismal time for me and my family. She was also very funny. What a sense of humor! I found myself thinking of her yesterday (12/29) and I could hear her voice so clearly. I was remembering when she told me that all messes go in the bed of the person who made the mess. I used to laugh so hard when she told me that. As I put my daughter’s folded clothes on her bed I could hear Diane saying, “In the bed!” I did not find out about her passing until today, 12/30. I am so sorry. Her energy, enthusiasm, kindness, and humor is what this world needs more of. R.I.P. Diane, with love, the Byrne Family.

Diane and I grew up together although reconnected in 2012 when she was just so wonderful with helping my mother. We were both SLPs so talked shop and talked family. I will always appreciate how kind she was to my mother and father in our time of need. She was amazing! Words can not express how sad I am that she has passed. I wish her family peace.

Quite shocked to hear of Diane. We are so very sorry for your loss. Since my visits to your house to drop off my son Asa i ve always thought about how Diane had that real zip to her personality that i love about certain people. She wasnt afraid to show her creativity and adventuresome spirit. I always thought she had great courage and that you were a very lucky family. -Aren Carpenter and Rebecca Loos
