Hampton, CT – Dakota passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2017 with his beloved pets Brownie and Rascal Ella. Dakota was born on March 24th, 2001, the son of Judy Noel and Raymond Bartlett, Jr.
Dakota attended Hampton Elementary School and was a Junior at Parish Hill Middle/High School. Dakota was a kind-hearted person who was always smiling and always willing to help out. He was an old soul, born with a sense of self and confidence that most people never achieve. He enjoyed driving his tractors whether at home on the farm, in the Memorial Day Parade, or even to school on the last day. He enjoyed country music, spending time with family and friends, his new job at Little Nikos Pizzeria, and was looking forward to getting his license.
This gentle giant will forever be missed. His passing will leave an empty spot in many people’s hearts for a long time to come. But we have been made richer for having known him. God rest his soul and give the living the strength to carry on.
In addition to his parents, Dakota leaves his stepmother, Marjorie; his sister, Stacey Collin; and brother, Jerimiah Bartlett; and many Aunts; Uncles; Cousins; and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Charles and Viola Noel and Raymond and Betty Bartlett Sr.
All are invited to join us in a celebration of Kotys life on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Chaplin Fire House from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gilman and Valade Funeral Home and Crematory, 104 Church St, Putnam, CT 06260. For memorial guestbook, please visit www.GilmanandValade.com.
