Putnam – Cecilia Ann (Liguz) Przelomski, 79, of Ballou St., formerly of North Grosvenordale died Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in Pennsylvania. She was the loving wife of the late John W. Przelomski with whom she married on May 20, 1950. Born in Killingly, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Pawelec) Liguz.
Mrs. Przelomski worked as a weaver for George Thomas and Sons for 27 years until her retirement in October of 1994. She was a member of The Daughters of Isabella, The Community Fire Company Auxiliary, Ladies of St. Ann, and St. Bernard’s Columbiettes for 28 years, the Thompson Senior Citizens and the Friends of St. Joseph and Sacred Heart.
Mrs. Przelomski is survived by her two sons, Stephen J. Przelomski and his wife Bonnie of Rocky Mountain, NC, and David J. Przelomski and his wife Karen of Coopersburg, PA.; her sister, Rose Juszczyk of Putnam; four grand children; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Amelia Liguz, Henry Liguz, Frank Liguz and John Liguz.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Cecilia’s family from 9:00am to 10:00am, Wednesday, December 31, 2008 in the Valade Funeral Home, 23 Main St., N. Grosvenordale CT with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Joseph Church, 20 Main St., N. Grosvenordale. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
