Pomfret Center – Bradford N. Page, 82, of Quassett Rd, died Friday, February 11, 2022, at home.  He was the loving husband of Barbara (LaCombe) Page for fifty-nine years.  Born in Putnam, he was the son of the late Frank and Helen (Russ) Page. He graduated from Putnam High School.

Bradford served his country by enlisting in the Army National Guard.

Mr. Page was employed in the construction field for several years. He then went to work for American Standard for over thirty years until the plant closed. While he was employed there, he became the President of the union and became the employee’s workers compensation representative with the State of Connecticut. He later enrolled and graduated from the HVAC course at the Technical Careers Institute.

He enjoyed hunting and his early deer hunting trips up north every Fall. He was a life member of the Elks Lodge in Putnam.

Bradford is survived by his wife, Barbara (LaCombe) Page of Pomfret Center: his sons, Scott M. Page of Thompson and Craig N. Page of Putnam; and his two grandsons, Adam Page of Putnam and Justin Page of Brooklyn. He was predeceased by his two sisters, Norma Paquette and Linda Stadig.
