Thompson – Bernadette (Sulewski) LeClerc, 82, of Church St., passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 in her home. She was married to the late Joseph L. LeClerc, Jr. on December 21, 1957. Born in Holyoke, MA, she was the daughter of the late Louis P. and Frances (Zerek) Sulewski.
Bernadette was a homemaker who enjoyed playing BINGO and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
She was survived by her children, Kathleen M. Howard and her husband Dana of MI, Joseph L. LeClerc, III and his wife Alice of VA, Victoria A. LaBonte and her husband Rick of Pomfret, Tina L. Fortin and her husband Perry of Plainfield, CT, Shannon L. LeClerc and his wife Leann of Thompson, Louis P. LeClerc of Thompson, Jennifer L. LeClerc-Allen and her husband Travis of Dayville, CT, Victor A. LeClerc and his wife Alicia of Plainfield, CT; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service for Bernadette at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Saint Mary Cemetery, 230 Providence St, Putnam, CT. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gilman Funeral Home & Crematory. For memorial guestbook visit www.GilmanAndValade.com.
