Killingly – Anthony F. Phongphan, 39, of Kenneth Dr, died Tuesday evening, June 14, 2022, at home. Born in DePue, IL, he was the son of the late Bounthong Phongphan and Kong Sundara.
Tony enjoyed listening to music and his frequent shopping sprees at the Salvation Army Thrift Store.
Tony is survived by his mother, Kong Sundara; his brother, Vilayphone Sundara of Killingly and his sister, Chansamone Sundara of Norwich.
